Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Integrations Consultant to lead end-to-end Workday integration delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and ongoing production support.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday integration technologies and the ability to independently manage integration development, defect resolution, and production incidents within a global team environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and development of Workday integrations.
Design, build, and review integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, and PICOF.
Perform unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle and facilitate defect review meetings.
Support production deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.
Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve critical P1/P2 incidents.
Handle production support tickets (P1–P4), bug fixes, maintenance, and minor enhancements.
Maintain technical design documents and build documentation in line with established standards.
Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
🔹 Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Studio, PECI, and PICOF.
Good understanding of Workday integrations and related business processes.
Experience in SIT/UAT support, defect management, and production troubleshooting.
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support global teams, including occasional out-of-hours calls for critical incidents.

Exposure to Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate.
