Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and refine TA policies, SOPs, and best practices to strengthen hiring governance.
Drive continuous process improvements, candidate experience enhancement, and employer branding initiatives.
Manage client-facing interactions and ensure strong service delivery standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment teams to deliver business outcomes.
