We are hiring experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants for multiple remote contract opportunities across the USA. If you have strong functional expertise in Core HR we'd love to hear from you!
Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – Core HR
Key Skills:
Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Core HR implementation experience
Workforce Structures, Enterprise Structures & Person Management
Employment Lifecycle & Position Management
Security Concepts & HR Configuration
Functional Lead experience on full lifecycle implementations
Requirements Gathering, Configuration, Data Conversion, Testing & Deployment
Client Workshops, Documentation & Stakeholder Management
Experience working on remote, multi-vendor projects
US Public Sector Oracle Fusion HCM experience is highly preferred
✅ General Requirements
10+ years of Oracle HCM Functional Consulting experience
Hands-on expertise in Core HR
Minimum 2 End-to-End Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations
Strong business process knowledge and solution design capabilities
Experience conducting workshops, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT & production support
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience delivering remote Oracle Fusion implementations
Prior US Public Sector experience (Government, State, County, City, Education, or Public Agencies) is highly preferred
