Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Consultant – US Public Sector (K-12 / Higher Education)
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Employment Type: 1099/C2C
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Consultant with proven expertise in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Core HR implementations within US Public Sector organizations, specifically K-12 school districts, Higher Education institutions, Community Colleges, or State Universities.
Required Skills
10+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 8 years+ in Oracle Fusion HCM
Strong hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Core HR / Global HR
Experience with multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Core HR implementations
Candidates must have Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience with one or more of the following:
K-12 School Districts
Public School Systems
Higher Education Institutions
State Universities
Community Colleges
Public Colleges
Education Boards
Public Sector Government Organizations
Preferred Experience
Oracle Cloud certifications
Experience with Oracle Redwood UI
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Public Sector HR processes
