☁️ Requirement: Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll implementations
🛠 Core Expertise
Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll configuration & implementation
Strong knowledge of US Payroll Legislation: 401k, 403b, 457b, Mid-Year Balance Initialization
Expertise in Fast Formulas, Payroll Flow Design, Cost Allocation, HDL & FSM
Experience with Payroll Tax Processing (Month/Quarter/Year-End) and Parallel Run Reconciliations
Strong understanding of taxation, union payroll, and retirement plans
2️⃣ Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead – OTL
☁️ Requirement: Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud OTL implementations
🛠 Core Expertise
Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud OTL configuration & implementation
Strong knowledge of Time Entry, Time Calculation Rules, Time Card Processing & Approvals
Experience with OTL integrations, Fast Formulas, HDL/FSM, and troubleshooting
Understanding of Payroll integration with OTL and absence/time management processes
Ability to optimize OTL processes and resolve complex functional issues
