Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Developer role based in Bengaluru. The Java Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications, focusing on scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing and maintaining microservices, integrating applications with internal and external systems, and working with the Spring Framework to build robust backend services. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (such as QA, DevOps, and product management), participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and contributing to architecture and technical design discussions. The developer will also be expected to follow best practices for software development, maintain documentation, and continuously improve applications based on user and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Programming and Java skills, with experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
Candidates should possess solid Software Development and Microservices skills, including designing, implementing, and scaling distributed systems.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and related modules used for backend service development.
Candidates should possess good understanding of object-oriented design principles, data structures, algorithms, and RESTful API development.
Candidates should possess familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control systems (such as Git), and build tools (such as Maven or Gradle).
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in collaborative, Agile environments.
