## About the Role
SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced industry professional to deliver advanced training programs covering DevOps, AWS, Azure, MLOps, AIOps, and LLMOps. The trainer will be responsible for conducting live online classes, delivering hands-on practical sessions, mentoring learners on industry-oriented projects, and completing the assigned curriculum according to the approved delivery plan.
## Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online training sessions according to the approved curriculum and batch schedule.
- Explain concepts through practical demonstrations, real-world use cases, and industry-oriented projects.
- Conduct hands-on labs, assignments, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Guide learners through capstone projects and production-oriented implementation scenarios.
- Prepare and share session materials, practical exercises, and project resources.
- Track learner progress and coordinate with the Learning & Development team regarding attendance, feedback, and course completion.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned modules and maintain the expected quality of training.
## Technical Skills Required
**1. DevOps & CI/CD**
- DevOps principles, Agile, SRE, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- CI/CD pipeline design, build automation, automated testing, and secure pipelines.
- Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Ansible, and configuration management.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps.
- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Fluentd, logging, monitoring, and observability.
**2. Cloud Computing – AWS & Azure**
- AWS architecture, EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, and cloud security.
- AWS cost optimization, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, security services, and governance.
- Azure administration, subscriptions, RBAC, Azure networking, virtual machines, and storage.
- Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), backup, and recovery.
- Cloud infrastructure deployment, automation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
**3. MLOps**
- Machine learning lifecycle and production ML workflows.
- Model and dataset versioning, experiment tracking, and model registries.
- MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, and pipeline automation.
- Model packaging, API development, deployment, and scalable model serving.
- Model monitoring, drift detection, reproducibility, and AI infrastructure.
**4. AIOps**
- AI/ML applications in IT operations.
- Anomaly detection, time-series forecasting, and intelligent alerting.
- Event correlation, alert deduplication, and root cause analysis.
- ITSM integration, ChatOps, event-driven automation, and self-healing systems.
- Cloud-native monitoring, Kubernetes scaling, and AI-driven cost optimization.
**5. LLMOps & Generative AI Operations**
- Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals and transformer architecture.
- Prompt engineering, few-shot prompting, and reasoning techniques.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
- LLM application development, workflow orchestration, and context management.
- LLM deployment, inference serving, evaluation, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- AI security, prompt injection defense, guardrails, PII protection, and governance.
## Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional industry experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, MLOps, AI infrastructure, or related technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing production environments.
- Previous experience delivering technical training to professionals or students.
- Ability to explain advanced concepts in a structured and practical manner.
- Experience in mentoring learners on assignments, projects, and technical assessments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, DevOps, or machine learning certifications are preferred.
## Delivery Expectations
- Conduct weekend live classes on Saturday and Sunday as per the mutually agreed schedule.
- Deliver each session according to the duration specified in the respective program delivery plan.
- Complete assigned modules, practical labs, assessments, and project discussions within the agreed timeline.
- Provide doubt-clearing support and practical implementation guidance.
- Submit attendance and session completion updates to the L&D team.
- Maintain consistent training quality and learner engagement throughout the program.
