## Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity and AI Security Trainer with **10+ years of industry experience** and a strong background in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Security Operations Center (SOC), SIEM, incident response, cyber forensics, and emerging AI security practices.
The selected trainer will deliver live online classes according to the predefined curriculum and delivery plan, conduct hands-on lab sessions, evaluate assignments, resolve learner doubts, and mentor students on practical cybersecurity projects and capstone activities.
## Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online training sessions according to the approved curriculum and batch schedule.
- Explain complex cybersecurity concepts through real-world examples, demonstrations, case studies, and hands-on exercises.
- Conduct practical labs using industry-relevant tools and controlled training environments.
- Cover ethical hacking, network security, web application security, cryptography, VAPT, cloud security fundamentals, and threat management.
- Train learners in SOC operations, SIEM implementation, Splunk, security log analysis, incident detection, and response workflows.
- Deliver sessions on AI/ML security, LLM security, prompt injection, adversarial machine learning, AI governance, and AI-enabled cyber defense.
- Guide learners in cyber forensics, evidence collection, vulnerability reporting, system hardening, and remediation planning.
- Conduct assessments, review assignments, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in completing practical exercises.
- Mentor students on capstone projects, cybersecurity case studies, and simulated security incident investigations.
- Provide doubt-clearing support and monitor learner progress throughout the program.
- Share session materials, practical exercises, assignments, and relevant learning resources.
- Coordinate with the SkillzRevo Learning & Development team regarding class delivery, attendance, assessments, and learner feedback.
- Maintain professional training standards and ensure timely completion of the assigned curriculum.

**1. Cybersecurity Fundamentals & Network Security**
- Information security principles, CIA triad, threat modeling, vulnerabilities, and risk assessment.
- Ethical hacking methodologies, reconnaissance, OSINT, and security threat analysis.
- TCP/IP, OSI model, network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network security.
- Cryptography, encryption, hashing, PKI, TLS, and digital certificates.
**2. Ethical Hacking, Web Security & VAPT**
- OWASP Top 10, web application security testing, authentication, and session management.
- SQL injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), file upload vulnerabilities, and path traversal.
- Tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Gobuster, Dirbuster, Hydra, sqlmap, and Wireshark.
- Vulnerability scanning, exploitation in authorized labs, privilege escalation, and remediation.
- Hands-on experience with DVWA, WebGoat, OWASP Juice Shop, and VulnHub.
**3. Security Operations Center (SOC) & SIEM**
- SOC architecture, SOC operations, and security monitoring.
- Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), Indicators of Attack (IOAs), and MITRE ATT&CK.
- SIEM architecture, log collection, parsing, indexing, and analysis.
- Splunk installation, configuration, Search Processing Language (SPL), dashboards, alerts, and reporting.
- Security incident investigation, threat detection, and incident response lifecycle.
**4. Incident Response & Cyber Forensics**
- Incident identification, containment, investigation, recovery, and reporting.
- Digital evidence collection, memory and disk forensics, and artifact analysis.
- Tools including FTK Imager, Autopsy, Cyber Triage, and Rkhunter.
- Rootkit detection, suspicious activity investigation, and simulated breach analysis.
- System hardening, vulnerability assessment, and security configuration audits.
**5. AI Security & AI-Enabled Defense**
- AI/ML security fundamentals and the cybersecurity threat landscape.
- OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.
- Prompt injection, jailbreaks, sensitive data disclosure, and insecure output handling.
- Adversarial machine learning, data poisoning, model theft, and model inversion.
- AI agent, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) security.
- AI security controls, guardrails, monitoring, and regression testing.
- AI governance and compliance, including NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and ISO/IEC 42001.
**6. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)**
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 27002, and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT, ITIL, and security governance.
- Risk assessment, risk registers, compliance audits, and security policies.
- Indian IT Act, Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, and data protection fundamentals.
**7. Cloud, Network & Infrastructure Security**
- AWS IAM, Azure RBAC, cloud permissions, exposed services, and secrets management.
- Cloud logging and cloud security assessments.
- Active Directory security, Kerberos/NTLM fundamentals, and attack-path remediation.
- OT/ICS/SCADA security fundamentals and industrial security threats.
## Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum **10+ years of professional experience** in cybersecurity, information security, SOC operations, VAPT, security engineering, incident response, or closely related domains.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technical training to working professionals, graduates, or corporate learners.
- Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity tools, security testing methodologies, and defensive security operations.
- Proven ability to deliver hands-on sessions, demonstrations, lab exercises, and real-world case studies.
- Experience mentoring learners on projects, assignments, technical assessments, and capstone activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to follow a structured curriculum and complete the assigned modules within the planned timeline.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, Security+, GIAC, or equivalent are preferred, depending on the trainer's specialization.
## Delivery Expectations
- Deliver online live classes every Saturday and Sunday as per the mutually agreed batch schedule.
- Each scheduled session will be approximately 3 hours.
- Follow the approved delivery plan and complete the allocated topics within the agreed timeline.
- Demonstrate practical exercises using authorized labs and appropriate training environments.
- Support learner doubts, assessments, assignments, and capstone project discussions.
- Share attendance, session completion status, and learner progress updates with the L&D team.
- Coordinate in advance with the academic team regarding any scheduling changes or delivery challenges.
## Preferred Candidate Profile
- Senior cybersecurity professional with a strong combination of industry and training experience.
- Hands-on expertise in both offensive security and defensive security operations.
- Ability to teach complex technical concepts in a structured, practical, and learner-friendly manner.
- Experience with SOC/SIEM, Splunk, VAPT, incident response, cyber forensics, and AI security.
- Available for a long-term weekend training engagement of approximately 8–9 months.
