Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into opportunities for SkillzRevo’s Academy, Talent, and Consulting offerings. The Inside Sales Specialist will follow up on marketing campaigns, maintain a structured sales pipeline, and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer information. Daily responsibilities include presenting solutions to potential clients, responding to queries, coordinating with delivery and recruitment teams, and supporting the closure of deals to meet sales targets. The role also requires maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction while representing the brand professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, with the ability to handle end-to-end sales cycles and meet or exceed targets.
Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads through multiple communication channels.
Proven commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present offerings clearly and persuasively.
Customer Service mindset, with experience in building long-term client relationships and managing objections professionally.
Familiarity with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and use of digital channels for outreach and follow-ups.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in IT, education, training, or staffing services is beneficial, especially in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving products and services.
