🚨 WE’RE HIRING | ACADEMIC COUNSELLORS – TECH CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS 🚨
Are you someone who can understand a learner’s career goals, identify the right upskilling path, and confidently convert conversations into enrolments?
We’re looking for Academic Counsellors to join our team and work with learners interested in Technology & Professional Certification Programs.
🎯 What you’ll be doing:
* Counsel working professionals & students on relevant tech certification programs
* Understand their career goals, experience & learning needs
* Conduct counselling calls and online consultations
* Handle objections and build trust with prospects
* Drive conversions and achieve monthly enrolment targets
* Maintain a strong learner experience throughout the admission journey
💡 What we’re looking for:
✅ 1–4 years of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
✅ Strong communication & convincing skills
✅ Good understanding of consultative selling
✅ Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
✅ Target-oriented and hungry to grow
✅ Experience selling Tech / Data / AI / Cloud / Cybersecurity certifications is a plus
📍 Location: Noida sec 63
