Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple project phases. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with expediting, logistics, and inspection teams, tracking progress against milestones, and resolving issues to keep projects on time and within budget. The role involves preparing and reviewing project documentation, managing vendor and stakeholder communication, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will also monitor risks, implement corrective actions, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services from vendors and suppliers.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to coordinate and review quality checks, site inspections, and compliance with technical specifications.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material movement, transportation planning, and inventory control across project sites.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field are preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and strong MS Office skills is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety standards, industry regulations, and quality assurance practices in power or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
