About The Opportunity

Working with industry giants like Tetra Pak, we deliver high-availability, process-optimized SAP ecosystems that scale with business growth—combining deep domain expertise with agile technical execution.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end SAP SD support for Tetra Pak’s global sales and distribution ecosystem, ensuring 24/7 system uptime and SLA compliance.
Resolve critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes for order-to-cash, pricing, and delivery processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine SD configuration, enhance automation, and align with evolving CRM and logistics workflows.
Lead change management for SD enhancements, including testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
Document technical solutions, maintain runbooks, and mentor junior AMS team members on SAP SD best practices.
Partner with SAP Basis, ABAP, and MM teams to resolve cross-module dependencies and optimize system performance.
