Sr Recruiter (Onsite)Nutex Health is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a robust HR and Payroll Team in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the multi-state organization.
Job responsibilities include-
Sources and recruits candidates by identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting strategies and methods based on the available role, industry standards and the needs of the organization; using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
Screens candidate resume, job application and select qualified candidates.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Keeps management informed of progress/status of candidate within the pre-employee cycle and collaborates with the Human Resources Generalist.
Acts as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promotes company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
Maintain updated job descriptions by collaborating with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate descriptions and hiring criteria.
Develops compelling job posting and advertisement processes.
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
College degree from an accredited college Business or HR degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
Minimum 8 years’ experience with all phases of recruiting in the healthcare field.
Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as organizational, and interpersonal skills
Must be well-versed in Title VII and EEOC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
