Position: Pod Lead Electrical Engineering & Computer Science
Type: Short-Term Contractor
Compensation: Up to $20/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Lead technical trainers in developing AI training tasks.
Review technical implementations and validate automated tests.
Mentor trainers to ensure technical accuracy and quality.
Evaluate reproducibility and quality of engineering tasks.
Ensure technical accuracy in simulations and tests.
Requirements
Possess advanced technical expertise in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Demonstrate strong programming skills in languages like C/C++, Python, or MATLAB.
Exhibit advanced Linux and terminal proficiency.
Have hands-on expertise in parallel computing or scientific software.
Show strong understanding of algorithms and engineering principles.
Experience in mentoring or leading technical teams.
