The Role
What can the experience of thousands of clinical trials teach us about running the next one better?
As a Clinical Data Insights Analyst in our Data & Knowledge team within CluePoints’ Strategy department, you will turn data into evidence that informs customer, commercial and product decisions. You will combine statistical analysis with clear communication to understand platform adoption, demonstrate customer value and uncover insights across clinical trials.
You will report to the Data & Knowledge Manager and be based in Belgium, working in our hub-based hybrid model.
Job Requirements
Strong analytical and statistical skills. You choose appropriate methods, interpret results critically and recognise the limitations of your analysis.
Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for preparing, analysing and visualising data.
The ability to connect business questions with data. You identify what matters, structure an analysis and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Clear communication skills. You can explain complex findings to people without an analytical background and adapt your message to different audiences.
Ownership and autonomy. You have experience delivering analyses from question to conclusion, managing priorities and proactively bringing ideas or raising issues.
Curiosity and a collaborative mindset. You challenge assumptions, enjoy learning new tools and domains, and work closely with colleagues and customers to solve problems.
Nice to Have
Experience in clinical research, healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
Experience analysing SaaS product adoption, customer health or customer value.
Exposure to Databricks, generative BI or decision intelligence.
Experience developing benchmarks or contributing to research publications.
Experience using AI tools to support analytical work, with sound judgement in validating their outputs.
Job Responsibilities
Translate business questions into analyses. Work with stakeholders to clarify their needs, select appropriate methods and deliver insights that support decisions.
Help shape generative BI and decision intelligence. Develop trusted metrics and analytical models in Databricks that enable people to ask questions in plain language, explore findings and make informed decisions.
Demonstrate customer and product value. Analyse monitoring practices and outcomes to assess the benefits delivered by CluePoints, and help customers define and measure the value they achieve through our platform.
Develop indicators that guide action. Build product adoption and customer health metrics and dashboards that help teams track progress, investigate changes and prioritise follow-up.
Develop benchmarks and research insights. Explore patterns across clinical trials and organisations, contributing to customer reports, industry publications and presentations.
Communicate findings clearly. Turn complex analyses into compelling visualisations, clear explanations and practical recommendations for non-analytical audiences.
