About this Role:
We are seeking motivated, self-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote and sell digital solutions on behalf of one of our clients in the Los Angeles, CA market. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role ideal for individuals who thrive in a direct sales environment, enjoy face-to-face customer engagement, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales visits within assigned territories to promote client digital solutions to prospective residential and/or business customers
Educate potential customers on product features, benefits, and pricing
Generate leads, build rapport, and close sales through in-person customer interactions
Accurately complete and submit customer sign-up paperwork and enrollment documentation
Meet or exceed individual sales and customer acquisition targets
Maintain a professional, compliant, and courteous representation of the client brand at all times
Track daily activity, leads, and sales outcomes as required for commission processing
Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and competitive offerings
Qualifications/Requirements:
Previous experience in door-to-door, direct, or field sales strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage own schedule
Comfortable walking/traveling within assigned territory for extended periods
Reliable transportation to and from assigned sales territories
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a background check as required by the client
Additional Requirements / Skills / Working Hours / Compensation Range
This is a 1099 independent contractor position; the representative is responsible for their own taxes, and no employee benefits apply
Compensation is commission-only, paid per confirmed customer sign-up; specific commission structure and rates to be provided at offer
Flexible schedule, with availability expected during hours that align with the target customer base (may include evenings and weekends)
Representative supplies their own transportation and is responsible for related costs
