Job Description:
Responsible for the Complete End-to-end Recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, calling, and interviewing till Successful On boarding.
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Utilise various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement activities.
Establish and maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and market insights.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
