POSITION OVERVIEW
Operating within the Global Enterprise Applications and Application Managed Services (AMS) Division, the SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Tower Lead will report directly to the Enterprise Applications Delivery Lead. The primary objective of this role is to provide operational governance and technical leadership across the SAP CFIN environment—overseeing data replication (SLT/AIF), resolving complex financial reconciliation issues, and ensuring seamless month-end close operations across global onsite and offshore support teams.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end SAP Central Finance (CFIN) tower support operations across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Treasury modules.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP SLT replication processes and AIF message interface failures to maintain financial data integrity between source and target systems.
• Manage financial reconciliation and data validation activities during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.
• Direct P1/P2 incident governance, bridge calls, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to maintain SLA compliance and convert recurring incidents into permanent solutions.
• Serve as the primary onsite delivery lead, coordinating functional, Basis, and development tasks across cross-functional onsite/offshore teams.
