Job Title: Divisional Head - S/4HANA SD / O2C
Department: Global IT - Enterprise Applications
Location: Gurugram (5 days work from office)
Education: University Degree -preferably SAP S/4HANA Certified
Experience: 13-22 yr
Our client is a leading Global Manufacturer with presence in 100+ countries. They are on a major Global Digital Transformation journey with S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation with a Golden Template / Golden Client.
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a S/4HANA SD / O2C Functional Leader / Solution Architect to own and lead our Sales & Distribution modules. You will be responsible for design, build, rollout and support of S/4HANA SD and its integration with MM, FI, and other O2C processes. Your primary mission is to ensure successful Go-Live of our S/4HANA Golden Client across regions for all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Architecture & Implementation (70%) -
CORE ROLE -Lead end-to-end design and implementation of S/4HANA SD modules Own Blueprinting, To-Be Process Design, Data Standards, Configuration, and Functional Specs for RICEFWs
Cover key areas: Sales, aATP (Advanced Available To Promise), Pricing, Distribution, Invoicing, Advanced Intercompany SalesHandle all sales channels including intercompany functionality Co-create best practice solutions using "Art of the Possible" in S/4HANA Ensure successful Go-Live of Golden Template Design & implement Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
2. IT Business Partnering (10%)
Partner with Regional ExComs, Business Heads & Functional Heads to translate functional strategy into IT projects / initiativesCo-own technology roadmap for Order to Cash
3. Training & Adoption (10%)
Develop Power Users and drive training for end usersDrive change management and adoption of Core Template
4. Support & Governance (10%)
Govern outsourced AMS partner - ensure SLAs, knowledge transfer, and trainingDrive Root Cause Analysis to reduce recurring bugs / issues
Skills & Qualifications: CORE SKILL (Must Have):Certified S/4HANA functional consultant / expert in SD module + one other module (Preferably MM)Excellent trainer and communicator - Very good presentation & stakeholder influencing skills (Senior to Junior level)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE (Must Have):Must have LED SD and / or MM module in one or more major S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations as LEAD
Lead means: You have led Blueprinting process, designed To-Be solution (processes / sub-process and data standards), built the system (Configuration and functional specs for RICEFWs) and also led Testing, Training and Final Go-Live
