Solution Architect- SAP PP & PPDS (S4HANA)

It's an inhouse role with a product based organisation based out of Gurugram.
It's a WORK FROM OFFICE JOB, 5 days working.
Designation- Divisional Head- SAP PP & PPDS , role- Solution Architect
Ideal experience- 14-20 yrs
· This role will be responsible for managing the PP and PPDS modules and other associated tools in S4 HANA covering the design, build and support in key areas such as Production Planning, Detail Scheduling, Manufacturing execution with interfaces to core Mfg systems like MES, Maintainance Management and Quality Management. This role will therefore also be responsible for the design and implementation of key master data elememnts such BOMs, Routings and appropriate material master views.
· Modernise, digitize and automate internal enterprise processes helping to create best practice and thus enabling efficiency gains, cost savings and customer service improvements. This role will be a key enabler to help the Plan to Consume teams achieve its short and medium term goals.
· Given understanding of the “art of the possible” with Industry best practice solutions available in S4 HANA, this role will also support these functions in their strategy build and co-create best practice solutions.
· Thus this role will also help functional leaders drive change management
Achieve target service levels in user support by ensuring the outsourced support organization is fully trained and knowledge transferred.
Skills & Knowledge-
CORE SKILL : Certified S4 HANA functional consultant / expert in the PP and PPDS modules. Excellent trainer and communicator. Very good at presentation skills and able to influence and convince stake holders (senior as well as junior).
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Have lead the PP and PPDS modules in one or more major S4 HANA green field implementations. Lead means that the candidate has lead the blue printing process, designed the to-be solution (processes / sub-process and data standards) built the system (configuration and develop functional specs for RICEFFs) and also lead the testing, training and final go live. Having worked in a business function before becoming a SAP functional expert will be a highly desirable experience.
Ideally has atleast 5yrs in a Multi National organisations, in Manufacturing, FMCG preferably.
Budget- 50-60 LPA max including performance bonus
