Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who can design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and software products across the frontend and backend.
The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work across the complete software development lifecycle. You should be comfortable building production-ready applications, integrating APIs and databases, and using modern AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development without compromising code quality.
This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to work on real-world software products, modern technology stacks, and AI-driven engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and software products.
Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, authentication systems, and business logic.
Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, security, and data integrity.
Integrate third-party APIs, AI models, LLMs, and external services into software applications.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to improve engineering productivity.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows.
Identify technical challenges, propose solutions, and contribute to architecture and engineering decisions.
Follow software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, security, and documentation.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend Development
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with React.js and Next.js or equivalent modern frontend frameworks.
Ability to build responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized interfaces.
Familiarity with component-based architecture and state management.
Backend Development
Experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS, or equivalent backend technologies.
Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and server-side application development.
Familiarity with API integrations, error handling, and backend security practices.
Database Management
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Understanding of database schema design, queries, indexing, and optimization.
Cloud & Development Tools
Working knowledge of Git and GitHub.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and application deployment.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production debugging.
AI-First Engineering Skills

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Experience building and deploying at least one complete full-stack application.
Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and deliver working solutions.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving AI-assisted engineering practices.
Good to Have
Experience building SaaS platforms, B2B applications, or enterprise software.
Familiarity with Next.js server-side rendering, static generation, and performance optimization.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development.
Exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, or distributed systems.
Experience integrating payment gateways, CRM platforms, analytics, or enterprise APIs.
A portfolio of personal projects, GitHub repositories, or live applications.
