About the Role

Binary Waves Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong full-stack development expertise, architectural knowledge, and proven experience leading end-to-end technical delivery. We’re seeking someone who can make sound technical decisions, guide development teams, and translate business requirements into scalable, reliable software solutions.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in software development, including technical leadership and hands-on implementation.
Strong programming expertise in Node.js, React.js, Angular, and Python.
Solid knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, microservices, and system integration.
Experience in software architecture, application design, debugging, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with code reviews, technical estimation, implementation planning, and deployment.
Strong understanding of Docker/containerization and enterprise application integrations.
Proven ability to mentor developers, guide technical decisions, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
Experience owning technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical architecture, solution design, development, and implementation.
Take ownership of technical delivery, ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
Drive technical discussions, review code and architecture, and resolve complex engineering challenges.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and integration issues, and implement effective solutions.
Guide developers, support effort estimation, and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with clients, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions.
Good to Have
Experience in Manufacturing Digital Transformation, MES/MOM, IIoT, Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, or ERP–MES–Machine Integration will be an added advantage.
