Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute dispatches as per customer delivery schedules.
Ensure proper packing, labelling, documentation, and timely dispatch of finished goods.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Stores, Sales, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
Prepare dispatch documents including Invoice, Challan, E-Way Bill, Packing List, and LR.
Manage transporter coordination, vehicle placement, shipment tracking, and POD collection.
Ensure inventory accuracy, ERP/SAP transactions, safety compliance, and 5S standards.
Eligibility
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
3-8 years of experience in Packing, Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, or Finished Goods Store operations within a manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of ERP/SAP and dispatch documentation preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
