What you'll be doing
Building and developing relationships with existing and new education clients
Growing your desk through business development and networking activities
Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals
Managing client meetings and recruitment campaigns
Becoming a market expert within your specialist area
Delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients

What we're looking for
We're keen to speak with ambitious, driven individuals who enjoy building relationships and achieving results. Previous recruitment experience, particularly within Education or SEND, would be advantageous, but equally important is your motivation, resilience and desire to build a successful career.
