Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to support our Utility Bedding division. This role is focused on executing clear, accurate, and commercially effective design materials — including sell sheets, tech packs, packaging layouts, and retailer-ready presentations — for major U.S. retail programs. This is a remote role requiring strong communication, speed, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Production teams.
Responsibilities
Prepare sell sheets, line sheets, and retail presentations for major accounts (Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, etc.)
Create and maintain technical packs (tech packs) for all utility products, ensuring accuracy for production
Develop and update packaging layouts, dielines, and artwork files based on PD and sales direction
Translate product specs into clear, factory-ready documentation
Ensure all materials meet retailer requirements and compliance standards
Collaborate with Sales (for customer-facing materials), Product Development (for specs and product details), and Production (for execution accuracy)
Revise materials quickly based on feedback and tight timelines
Maintain organized file structures and version control across all projects
Support ongoing programs with updates to specs, packaging, and presentations
Requirements (Must-Have)

3-7+ years of experience in product design, packaging design, or technical design
Excellent design skills
Strong experience creating tech packs, sell sheets/presentations, and packaging artwork
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required) and Adobe Photoshop
Experience working with U.S. retailers and/or consumer products
Strong attention to detail &mdash; especially in measurements, specs, and accuracy
Ability to work fast and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working remotely with U.S.-based teams
Preferred: Experience in home textiles, bedding, or utility products
Preferred: Familiarity with factory communication and production workflows
