BangoPure Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer to join our growing international team. We are developing innovative digital platforms and mobile applications focused on sustainability, traceability, digital transformation, and international trade facilitation.
We are looking for a Flutter Developer who can build high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly mobile applications for both Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, a strong understanding of mobile application development, and the ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional, production-ready applications while collaborating with backend developers, designers, and other technical team members.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and user-friendly Flutter interfaces.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, handle JSON responses, and manage asynchronous operations efficiently.
• Implement and maintain state management using Riverpod.
• Develop reusable widgets and maintain clean, scalable, and well-structured code.
• Integrate Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, and Push Notifications.
• Implement application navigation, local storage, and appropriate API error-handling mechanisms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
• Debug application issues, resolve UI and functional bugs, and optimize performance across different devices.
• Develop, test, and maintain applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control, code management, and collaborative development workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to development standards, and ensure application quality and maintainability.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development.
• Strong ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Flutter UIs.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling JSON responses, and managing asynchronous operations.
• Good understanding of state management using Riverpod.
• Experience building reusable widgets and maintaining clean, scalable, and well-structured code.
• Familiarity with Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, and Push Notifications.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture, navigation, local storage, and API error handling.
• Experience working with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to debug, optimize performance, and resolve UI or functional issues.
• Experience developing and maintaining applications for both Android and iOS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote international team.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with mobile application testing and debugging tools.
• Understanding of responsive layouts, adaptive UI design, and mobile application performance optimization.
• Experience working with third-party SDKs and external service integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience collaborating with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
