WE'RE HIRING: Marketing & Sales Strategist | Full-Time | Remote
BangoPure Limited is looking for a results-driven Marketing & Sales Strategist to join our growing international team.
As a UK-registered circular economy company, BangoPure transforms waste into certified, traceable, and tradeable materials. We’re expanding our events across the UK and Ireland, including CATALYST, and need someone who can turn awareness into actual ticket sales.
This is a strategist and closer role — not just content management. You'll own the marketing funnel, from reaching the right audiences to converting interest into registrations and ticket purchases.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for BangoPure events across the UK and Ireland, with ticket sales as the primary KPI.
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, partnerships, and direct outreach.
• Conduct outbound promotion through calls, DMs, and direct engagement with target audiences, sponsors, and partners.
• Manage Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads campaigns focused on conversions and ticket sales.
• Build email marketing funnels and sequences that convert leads into paying attendees.
• Identify and develop partnerships, influencer collaborations, and co-promotion opportunities.
• Track ticket sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and channel performance to continuously improve results.
• Collaborate with our Content Writer, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor to create marketing assets that support sales objectives.
• Maintain BangoPure’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and X, supporting the primary goal of event sales.
Must-Have Qualifications
✅ 2+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of driving ticket sales, registrations, or measurable conversions.
✅ Real sales or business development experience, including calls, pitching, follow-ups, and closing.
✅ Hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns focused on conversions.
✅ Experience building and managing email marketing funnels.
✅ Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns based on actual sales performance.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging international audiences, partners, and sponsors.
✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote international team and deliver results against event deadlines.
Important: We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate measurable results — not just follower growth, impressions, or engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience promoting conferences, exhibitions, festivals, or other live events.
⭐ Partnership development and sponsorship outreach experience.
⭐ Familiarity with circular economy, sustainability, or Digital Product Passport (DPP) concepts.
⭐ Experience building an audience or customer base from the ground up.
⭐ Familiarity with CRM and lead-tracking tools.
