About the Role
One of our leading customer in the Insurance domain, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Manager to lead the development of scalable data platforms that drive business intelligence, operational excellence, and AI-enabled innovation across our TPA and benefits administration business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, and APIs.
Develop cloud-native data solutions leveraging Python, SQL, and modern data engineering technologies.
Drive data governance, quality, security, and compliance initiatives.
Partner with business, product, and technology teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
Support AI/ML and advanced analytics initiatives through scalable data architecture.
Mentor and lead a team of data engineers while overseeing project delivery and technical standards.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, or Enterprise Data Platforms.
Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, and Data Warehousing.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience building REST APIs and scalable data services.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data architecture.
Experience working in Agile environments.
