Job Description / Responsibilities
Somaya Sampat is looking for an IT Support Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our Mumbai office.
The role involves managing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, troubleshoot, support and resolve operating system, application and hardware issues on desktops and laptops.
Provide hands-on support for networking and server systems, including software and hardware.
Install and configure software and support routine system maintenance.
Manage data backup and basic system administration.
Maintain and troubleshoot office IT hardware and software.
Provide timely technical support to users across the office.
Work independently and resolve IT-related issues with minimal supervision.
Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, issues and resolutions.
Support Microsoft Office and other commonly used software applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree or Diploma in Computer Hardware, Software, IT or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
Hands-on knowledge of networking, desktops, laptops and server systems.
Experience with server systems will be preferred.
Experience working in an architecture or interior design firm will be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
