What you will do:
Keep guest rooms and common areas clean, fresh, and welcoming
Change, collect, transport, and restock bed and bathroom linens
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and steam-clean floors as needed
Dust and clean windows, mirrors, furniture, doors, and other surfaces
Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and floors
Refresh kitchens by cleaning appliances, sanitizing countertops, emptying refrigerators, and running dishwashers
Restock guest supplies and amenities to ensure rooms are ready for arrival
Handle and report lost-and-found items according to established procedures
Report maintenance concerns and damaged or missing items
Verify room and kitchen inventory and document items as needed
Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
Keep housekeeping storage and work areas clean and organized
Maintain shared resort areas, including lobbies, hallways, game rooms, and laundry facilities
Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with guests and team members
Basic math and inventory management skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license, as required by the resort
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required
Ability to frequently lift and move 10–25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
