Position: Healthcare Attorney
Type: Contract
Compensation: $140 - $400/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Analyze, review, and annotate healthcare legal documents and regulatory materials to support AI learning objectives.
Draft and critique sample legal content related to healthcare compliance, fraud and abuse, patient privacy, and telemedicine.
Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to U.S. healthcare law and ethical standards.
Provide detailed written feedback to enhance the legal reasoning capabilities of AI systems.
Identify emerging issues or trends in healthcare law relevant to the project s ongoing needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify legal concepts and ensure project alignment.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the United States.
Significant experience advising on healthcare law, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain complex legal topics clearly.
Previous work involving policy analysis, contract drafting, or regulatory review within the healthcare sector.
Familiarity with healthcare operations, risk management, or clinical practice environments.
