Job Title : Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive who combines strong local field sales expertise with modern digital marketing and social media fluency. In this role, you will represent Click n Pick on the ground—visiting local business owners to pitch our LED screen advertising packages—while also managing our digital presence and converting online inquiries into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Visits & Client Acquisition
* Conduct regular in-person field visits across key commercial hubs in Nashik (Gangapur Road, College Road, Thatte Nagar, etc.) to identify and pitch prospective clients.
* Target diverse local businesses including jewellers, retail showrooms, restaurants & cafés, clinics & hospitals, coaching classes, real estate developers, and event organizers.
* Clearly explain the ROI and advantages of Digital LED Screen advertising over traditional printed hoardings (zero printing/mounting cost, instant ad updates, 2D/3D video capabilities, and high night visibility).
2. Lead Conversion & Relationship Management
* Follow up promptly on incoming leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media to share rate cards and festival offers (Diwali, Ganeshotsav, Navratri, wedding seasons, and new launches).
* Pitch tailored packages ranging from 1-day birthday/anniversary wishes to 1-week, monthly, and annual retainers.
* Coordinate smoothly between clients and trusted graphic/3D designers to ensure ad creatives (7–15 second photos, videos, or 3D ads) are delivered and taken live on time.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
* Manage and grow Click n Pick's social media presence on Instagram (@clicknpick018) and Facebook (clicknpick018).
* Capture on-site photos and videos of live client ads at KBT Circle (and upcoming locations) to create engaging reels, client testimonials, and promotional posts.
* Run local lead-generation campaigns, optimize digital outreach, and utilize social media trends to attract local business owners in Nashik.
