CRM Junior Executive

Work with initial requirements, specifications and change requests, translating business needs into accurate back-office and CRM configurations.
Execute and maintain system configurations across relevant back-office platforms.
Build, update and quality-check CRM email templates in line with campaign requirements and brand standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm campaign content, targeting, timing and technical requirements.
Become familiar with the different backend and CRM systems, acting as a hands-on problem solver and identifying practical solutions within system capabilities.
Support the Operations team with day-to-day platform, campaign and configuration requests.
Carry out checks to ensure configurations and communications are accurate, consistent and ready for launch.
Document recurring processes, configurations and campaign setups to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
