About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing digital wellness and fitness platform (client name confidential at this stage), for a Yoga Teacher Intern. This is a full-time, fully remote role supporting an international client base across multiple time zones - a strong opportunity for a certified yoga professional to build both a teaching practice and an on-camera presence.

About the Role
This role combines hands-on teaching with content creation. You will lead one-to-one and group yoga sessions for clients across geographies, and also appear on camera to shoot instructional and promotional content - demonstrating poses, sequences and techniques clearly and safely.
Because client schedules shift from day to day, the role calls for genuine flexibility: working hours will vary across time zones and change with client demand. Comfort with a dynamic, non-fixed schedule is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Instruction
• Conduct one-to-one yoga sessions tailored to individual client goals, ability and physical limitations
• Lead one-to-many / group yoga sessions across virtual formats
• Design and adapt sequences for different levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners
• Demonstrate asanas, pranayama and related techniques with correct form and clear verbal cueing
• Track client progress and adjust practice plans accordingly
• Ensure safe practice at all times, offering modifications and props-based alternatives where needed
Content Creation & On-Camera Work
• Shoot yoga content for digital and social platforms, including instructional and promotional videos
• Demonstrate poses, transitions and techniques on camera in a clear, engaging and technically accurate manner
• Collaborate with the content team on concepts, scripts and shoot schedules
• Maintain a consistent on-camera presence aligned with the brand's tone
Client Experience & Scheduling
• Be available across multiple time zones in line with client schedules, which vary from day to day
• Manage session bookings, reschedules and follow-ups professionally
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients, responding to queries and feedback
• Maintain session records and share progress notes where required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Formal yoga training with a recognised certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of client-facing experience, ideally in yoga, fitness or wellness instruction
• Strong command of asanas, pranayama, alignment and safe-practice principles
• Confident on camera and comfortable shooting video content
• Excellent spoken communication and clear instructional delivery
• Willingness and ability to work across multiple, changing time zones
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet practice space and a setup suitable for virtual sessions and filming
• Self-motivated, punctual and able to work independently in a fully remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
• A graduate degree in any discipline
• Experience teaching international or cross-cultural clientele
• Exposure to multiple yoga styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, therapeutic yoga)
• Prior experience creating content for social media or a digital wellness platform
• Working knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention or yoga therapy
