We’re Hiring: GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist – US IT Staffing
We’re looking for an aggressive, proactive recruiter with top-notch communication skills to drive mass hiring for our US IT staffing and services company.
Shift: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM IST
Education: Minimum B.Tech/B.E. bachelor’s degree
KEY REQUIREMENT
Hands-on LinkedIn Premium expertise is mandatory. You must be strong in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean searches, talent mapping, InMail outreach, and passive candidate engagement.
PRIMARY HIRING FOCUS
GTM hiring for the US IT staffing industry:
• Sales and Business Development Managers
. 10+ experience required
• Bench Sales Recruiters, Leads, and Managers
• Account Managers, Client Delivery Managers, and Delivery Leads
• Senior Directors of Sales and AVPs of Sales
You will also hire US IT Recruiters, Senior Technical Recruiters, and freshers/experienced professionals for HR, compliance, and accounting—all supporting US IT staffing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
• Run multiple hiring campaigns and recruitment drives toward a target of 10 hires per working day.
• Build ready-to-interview pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and direct outreach.
• Assess candidates’ US staffing knowledge, communication, sales performance, client acquisition, and delivery experience.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers for fast interviews, feedback, and selection decisions.
• Manage notice-period follow-ups, reduce offer dropouts, and maintain backup candidates.
• Track daily sourcing, interviews, offers, acceptances, and actual joinings.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Proven GTM recruitment experience within the US IT staffing industry.
• Mandatory practical knowledge of LinkedIn Premium.
• Experience handling mass hiring and multiple urgent requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong ownership, urgency, proactive follow-through, and a target-driven approach.
