Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU16/26) is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering engaging, learner-centered English lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting live online lessons, following provided curricula and lesson plans, and adapting teaching materials to support individual learner needs. The tutor will monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, correct errors in grammar and pronunciation, and encourage active participation through interactive activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate lesson records, managing scheduling and attendance, and communicating professionally with learners and, where applicable, guardians or stakeholders. The role requires punctuality, reliable internet access, and a commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and motivating online classroom environment.
