Role Description The Entry Level ESOL Tutor (Ref ESLTALK1226) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to speakers of other languages in an online classroom setting. On a day-to-day basis, the tutor delivers live lessons, follows provided curricula, and adapts materials to meet individual learner needs and proficiency levels. The role includes preparing lesson plans, assigning and reviewing practice activities, providing clear feedback, and supporting learners in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The tutor is expected to maintain accurate records of learner progress, communicate regularly with learners and, where applicable, guardians, and participate in training or development sessions organized by eTEFL Training & Recruitment. The position requires consistent availability during scheduled teaching hours and a professional, learner-centered approach.
Qualifications
