Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU12/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of various ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. The tutor will conduct live virtual lessons, follow provided curricula, and adapt materials to meet individual student needs. Typical tasks include planning lessons, delivering engaging activities, assigning and reviewing homework, and monitoring student progress. The role also involves providing constructive feedback, maintaining accurate lesson records, and communicating clearly with learners and, where applicable, their parents or guardians. Tutors are expected to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment and participate in periodic training or coaching sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications
