Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU10/26) will deliver live, interactive English lessons to learners of various ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. This full-time remote role involves planning and conducting lessons, adapting materials to learner needs, and using digital tools to facilitate communicative practice. The tutor will provide constructive feedback on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, monitor learner progress, and maintain accurate records of sessions and attendance. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, managing virtual classrooms, communicating with learners or guardians as needed, and collaborating with the eTEFL Training & Recruitment team to ensure consistent teaching quality.
