Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU09/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Day-to-day tasks include delivering live online lessons, following provided curricula and lesson plans, and adapting teaching materials to meet individual learner needs. The tutor will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. Additional responsibilities include preparing short activities or homework, communicating clearly with learners and, where applicable, their guardians, and participating in periodic training or coaching sessions to improve teaching skills.
Qualifications
Strong command of spoken and written English, with clear and neutral pronunciation.
Comfort with using video-conferencing tools, online learning platforms, and basic productivity software.
