About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, with a proven ability to deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within the defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation plans, and delivery strategies.
Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other technical professionals.
Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project requirements.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
Manage project budgets, resource utilization, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports to management and clients.
Manage scope changes, stakeholder expectations, and project priorities effectively.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, project governance, and organizational processes.
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, delivery efficiency, and team productivity.
Mentor team members and promote accountability, collaboration, and effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience, including substantial experience in IT project management and software delivery.
Proven track record of managing complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
Excellent leadership, team management, client handling, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and risk assessment.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and changing business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.
Experience managing distributed teams and international clients.
Understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, databases, software architecture, and modern technology solutions.
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, technology consulting, or digital transformation projects.
