Workforce Management Consultant – Employee Central, Time Off & Time Tracking

Responsibilities:
Work and liaise with clients, cross-functional teams, IT development teams, and business users in a consulting capacity.
Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, project design, implementation, post-implementation support, and rollout.
Identify, assess, and resolve complex business problems by conducting in-depth analysis of various factors.
Participate in SAP integration projects involving HCM requirements and standard integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions for Singapore clients.
Apply strong functional and/or technical expertise across HCM and SuccessFactors modules in a consulting environment across various industries.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting environment.
Strong techno-functional experience liaising with client HR teams.
Certification in at least one of the relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Proficiency in business analysis, business knowledge, testing, architecture knowledge, and technical solution design.
Presales experience is an added advantage.
Willingness to learn and deliver additional modules.
Flexible and willing to work across delivery activities, including Agile application development, support, and deployment.
Expertise in a specific technology environment, including software-specific design and implementation, testing, deployment, and release management.
Functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
