- Mandatory: ServiceNow GRC and TPRM experience
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, catalog items, dashboards, reports, and forms.
- Analyze business requirements, estimate effort, design solutions, and manage technical delivery.
- Support ITSM and TPRM/TCRM workflows, including assessments, approvals, due diligence, risk reviews, and closure activities.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, Notifications, Flow Designer flows, and Workflows.
- Build secure enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, LDAP, and Web Services.
- Configure roles, groups, ACLs, domain separation, and data security controls.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, debug defects, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, testers, and global teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, release notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, code reviews, testing, and release management.
🛠️ Mandatory Skills
- 4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs
- Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Update Sets
- Strong hands-on experience in GRC and TPRM – Must Have
- Knowledge of ITSM and related ServiceNow modules
- Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, or LDAP
- Experience in testing, debugging, deployment, and production support
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
⭐ Good to Have
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA and/or CAD
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management
- Experience with IntegrationHub and ServiceNow Orchestration
- Experience mentoring junior developers or leading development initiatives
- Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and compliance controls
