🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Full Stack Java Developer
🏢 Client: Sony India Software Centre
📍 Location: Bengaluru
💼 Experience: 6–10 Years
💰 Rate: ₹140K
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React JS.
- Mentor and guide developers, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and user experience.
- Contribute to technical decisions, project delivery, and continuous improvement.
🛠️ Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience in React JS development — key evaluation skill
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Git, Maven, and development tools
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment processes
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
👤 Ideal Candidate
- 6–10 years of software development experience
- At least 2 years of technical leadership experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in both backend Java and frontend React JS
- Ability to lead development activities and deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment
