🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Mobile/Web Application Developer with strong expertise in React.js, React Native, and web application development. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with team leadership, project management, and mobile application testing experience.
🛠️ Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with React.js and React Native
- Web application development and mobile application testing
- Excellent JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS skills
- Experience with Redux, GraphQL, and reusable UI components
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, stateless APIs, and MVC architecture
- Familiarity with Babel, Webpack, NPM, and Git
- Experience with unit testing, functional verification, and code reviews
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
👥 Leadership & Project Management
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team of 10+ engineers
- Lead end-to-end application development and enhancement initiatives.
- Manage resources, project timelines, scope, and delivery.
- Lead Scrum teams and follow Agile/Scrum practices.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor developers and technical leads on engineering best practices.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
💻 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex web and mobile applications.
- Drive solution architecture, user experience design, and backend integrations.
- Build high-quality, reusable, and performance-optimized application features.
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure coding standards, design documentation, testing, and integration quality.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code optimized for target devices.
⭐ Good to Have
- CSM/CSPO Agile Scrum certifications
- Experience with Angular or Ember.js
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript application stacks
- Experience delivering applications for high-performance consumer electronics platforms
