Kadam Colors is hiring a Graphic Designer- Product Design & Labelling
Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)
Experience Required: 2+ years
Preferred Industry: D2C, E-Commerce, Lifestyle, Skincare or product-based industry
Budget: Up to 4.5 LPA
Brief Job Description:
Design visually appealing graphics, packaging, product labels, marketing collateral, and e-commerce mockups that align with brand identity.
Conceptualise, design, and develop packaging and label artwork for new and existing products across multiple categories.
Translate brand guidelines into visually appealing, functional, and manufacturable packaging designs.
Prepare print-ready files, including dielines, color separations, and production specifications.
Collaborate with printers, packaging suppliers, and vendors to ensure high-quality output and color accuracy.
Coordinate with the social media team to ensure timely publishing of videos, graphics, and reels across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
Optimise all visual content—graphics and videos—for different platforms while maintaining consistency with the brand’s tone and guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role within a D2C, e-commerce or product-based company
Strong portfolio featuring product design, social media creatives, and video editing work
Proficient in: CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro.
Good understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout principles
Strong visual storytelling and content ideation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
