🚀 We’re hiring a Principal AI Engineer at KreditBee, Bangalore
What if your next role meant building the AI platform that every team in the company builds on?
We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to own the design, scaling and future of our AI Platform and Generative AI stack. This is not a slides-and-strategy role. You’ll set the architecture and stay close to the code where the critical decisions get made.
What you’ll build and lead
🔹 Enterprise-grade AI platforms for model serving, orchestration and AI-powered workflows
🔹 Production LLM solutions: fine-tuning, inference optimization, evaluation frameworks
🔹 Advanced RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking
🔹 Agentic AI: multi-agent systems with tool calling, planning and memory that execute reliably
🔹 LLMOps/MLOps: deploying, monitoring, versioning and continuously improving models
🔹 Resilient, low-latency distributed systems on Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
🔹 Guardrails, governance and cost efficiency for AI at scale
🔹 The next generation of senior engineers, through mentoring and architecture reviews
What you bring
✅ 10+ years of engineering experience
✅ Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, vector databases and agentic systems
✅ Strong Python and production-grade backend skills
✅ Proven experience with microservices, event-driven systems, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
✅ A track record of taking AI from proof of concept to reliable production
✅ Technical leadership: you influence direction across Product, Data Science and ML teams
Bonus points for
⭐ Building AI platforms used by multiple teams
⭐ Experience with model gateways, inference serving and evaluation pipelines
⭐ Optimizing LLM latency, throughput and token costs
⭐ AI-specific observability and safety controls
