Role Overview
We are looking for Operations Executives to join our customer-facing and operations teams across Sales, Telecollections, Customer Support and Verification functions.
The role involves managing customer interactions, supporting loan-related processes, driving assigned targets, handling customer queries and ensuring accurate verification and documentation as per defined processes.
Key Responsibilities
- "Telesales" Connect with customers through inbound/outbound calls, understand requirements and drive conversions as per assigned targets.
- "Telecollections" Follow up with customers regarding pending repayments and assist in resolving payment-related queries while maintaining professional communication.
- "Customer Support" Handle customer queries, provide accurate information and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- "Verification" Perform VKYC, document and customer information verification, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems.
- Follow prescribed SOPs, quality standards and process guidelines.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality and performance targets.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6 months – 3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Telecollections, Customer Support, BPO, Voice Process or relevant operations.
- Qualification: Any Graduate / PUC with relevant experience.
- Language: English + Hindi OR English + 2 South Indian Languages Mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
