We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java-based backend development and React.js frontend development to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 9-15 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of full-stack architecture, hands-on programming skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing robust backend services, building responsive user interfaces, integrating APIs, and ensuring the overall quality, performance, and security of enterprise-grade applications.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.js
Build robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java and relevant frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring MVC
Develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Integrate frontend components with backend services, APIs, and databases to deliver seamless application functionality
Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices to build maintainable solutions
Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and decisions related to application scalability and maintainability
Write clean, reusable, well-documented code and develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability
Identify and resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot production defects, and optimize application performance
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to coding standards and development best practices
Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and compliance with established engineering standards
Must-Have Skills
Java: Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, object-oriented programming, collections, multithreading, exception handling, and modern Java features
React.js: Proficiency in building reusable components, managing state, handling hooks, and developing responsive user interfaces
Strong experience in backend development using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful APIs
Good understanding of full-stack application architecture and frontend-backend integration
Experience working with SQL databases, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
Proficiency in Git, debugging, unit testing, and Agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of application security, automated testing frameworks, and performance monitoring tools
Candidate Requirements
9-15 years of relevant experience in full-stack software development
Strong expertise in both Java and React.js
Candidates must be based in or willing to work from Hyderabad
Candidates should be available to join within 30 days, with 45 days as the maximum acceptable notice period
