Responsibilities:
Manage order processing, liaise with supply team and vendors to ensure timely fulfilment.
Oversee last-mile logistics, collaborate with third-party partners to optimise delivery efficiency and minimise Non-Delivery Rate (NDR) and Return to Origin (RTO) %.
Engage customers for feedback and gauge Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) levels.
Resolve customer disputes promptly, facilitating returns, exchanges, and refunds to uphold superior customer service.
Reach out to potential customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and revenue growth.
Follow up with customer for order follow up and payment collection
Execute surveys and collaborate with supply and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills & Qualification:
1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in an eCommerce or startup ecosystem is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Good understanding of order management, logistics, and customer lifecycle processes
Self starters looking for good learning experience in a startup
